Through Ouimet Onward you can begin recruiting for a wide variety of roles such as:

As a partner you have access to our password-protected Career Portal. There, the Ouimet team will actively work with you to post and update open positions.
Once your job is posted to the Career Portal, Scholars can begin applying immediately. In addition to posting your open roles to the Career Portal, we also have the ability to target specific Scholars and invite them to apply for your position.

We have added the option for companies to post their open positions to the Ouimet Career Portal. This streamlined process allows companies to submit a link for the position or type it in directly through our website.

Virtual Career Fair

The 2023 Career Fair is entirely virtual to allow Scholars and Partners across the country to participate. More information will be available as the date gets closer.

Along with undergoing a rigorous initial application process, to renew their scholarship our Scholars are required to re-apply each year to prove that their academic performance is keeping up with the standards required of a Ouimet Scholar.
YouScience- We have recently added YouScience to our Ouimet Onward program. YouScience provides aptitude testing and career discovery to help our Scholars explore different professional pathways and better understand their natural aptitudes in the workplace.
Dale Carnegie- Ouimet Onward has partnered with Dale Carnegie to provide Ouimet Scholars the opportunity to participate in live online development courses. These online courses are instructor-led and cover four topics chosen specifically for Ouimet Onward. There are four courses throughout the year that cover topics that will help young professionals get a jump start on their career development. First course launches April 18th
Financial Literacy Courses- We have partnered with supporters of JP Morgan Chase & Co. to give scholars the opportunity to participate in virtual Financial Literacy Courses. These courses will provide resources for scholars and help them effectively use different sets of financial skills in all areas of life.
The Ouimet Fund’s purpose is to help deserving young men and women, who have worked at golf courses in Massachusetts, obtain a college education. We provide need-based college scholarships, which are renewable and worth an average of $30,000 over the course of four years, with some students receiving as much as $80,000.
